Project overview

A direct enquiry website for urgent local repairs.

A conversion-focused appliance-repair website for South Dublin, built around clear service information and direct call and WhatsApp enquiries.

The challenge

Helping customers act quickly when an appliance stops working.

Appliance-repair customers often arrive with an urgent problem and need to know three things quickly: whether the business covers their area, how soon help may be available and how to contact a technician. SameDayFix needed a website that reduced unnecessary steps and made those answers clear for South Dublin visitors, particularly on mobile.

Project goals

What the new website needed to achieve.

01

Explain the local appliance-repair offer immediately

02

Make phone and WhatsApp contact prominent on every device

03

Build confidence through clear service terms and trust signals

04

Give South Dublin customers a shorter path from problem to enquiry

Website strategy

Clear service information followed by immediate contact.

The strategy prioritised speed of understanding rather than a complicated booking process. Visitors can identify the service, see the South Dublin focus, understand how the repair journey works and contact the technician directly without creating an account or navigating through unnecessary forms.

The website journey was built around immediate customer action. Clear service messaging explains the offer, South Dublin positioning establishes local relevance, and persistent call and WhatsApp options let customers describe the problem or send a useful photo. Availability can then be confirmed directly before a visit.

Core page structure

  1. Home — communicate the repair offer and primary actions
  2. About — introduce the local service and its working approach
  3. Services — explain the repair help available
  4. Contact — provide direct call and WhatsApp routes
  5. Reviews — support customer trust and reassurance
  6. FAQ — answer practical questions before an enquiry

The experience

Fast to understand. Easy to contact.

Design direction

A dark navy foundation gives the site a dependable service-business feel, while orange call actions and green WhatsApp actions make the two main contact routes easy to distinguish. Clean white sections keep service information and trust content readable.

Mobile experience

The mobile journey keeps call and WhatsApp actions visible for customers who may be standing beside a faulty appliance. Visitors can contact the business directly, send a photo when useful and receive an availability response without a lengthy booking workflow.

Local SEO foundation

South Dublin positioning, clear service headings, contact information, FAQs and service-area content provide a practical local-search foundation. The structure can support additional verified repair or location pages as the business expands its published information.
